David Ostreim, AIA
Founding Partner, Architect
David is a founding partner of Partners 4, Design and a graduate of the University of Minnesota School of Architecture.
A talented draftsman and creative leader, he brings each project from concept to reality with thoughtful, client-centered design. David also designed P4D’s award-winning showroom and continues to foster strong vendor partnerships that support the firm’s commitment to excellence.
David is known for smiling warmly, listening carefully, and asking the right questions that help you flesh out your ideas for a design that fits your lifestyle.
Andy Ostreim
Owner, General Contractor
Andy believes exceptional design isn't just about aesthetics—it's about balancing creativity with practicality. As General Manager, he combines a degree in accounting with decades of leadership experience to ensure every project is thoughtfully managed, financially sound, and positioned for success.
Since joining Partners 4, Design in 2005, Andy has been instrumental in refining operations and creating seamless client experiences. Known for his calm leadership, clear communication, and meticulous organizational skills, he excels at aligning budgets, expectations, and project goals—helping turn great design into exceptional outcomes.
Nicole Sirek, CID, ASID, NCIDQ
Principal Designer - Trade Sales
As a Senior Interior Designer and head of Architectural and Trade Sales, Nicole bridges the creative and technical sides of the firm. Whether she’s drafting in CAD, on site taking exacting measurements, or sitting with clients to review specifications and budgets, Nicole brings clarity and efficiency to the often complex process of design and construction. Her communication is knowledgeable and responsive, fostering strong collaboration with clients, contractors, architects and designers.
Nicole holds an Associates Degree in Architectural Commercial Drafting and a Bachelor of Science from the Art Institute of Pittsburg. For over 20 years she has been delivering projects that are as thoughtfully executed as they are beautifully designed.
Lisa Pope, CKBD, Allied ASID
Principal Designer - Sales
Lisa Pope brings a unique blend of culinary passion and certified kitchen and bath expertise (CKBD) to her role at Partners 4 Design. With a sharp eye for detail, she offers a refined yet approachable perspective on every project.
Drawing inspiration from travel, architecture, and natural materials, Lisa's work reflects a deep understanding of how people live and interact with their environments. As an award-winning designer, she is known for crafting thoughtful, timeless spaces that balance beauty with functionality.
Heidi Munson
Designer - Sales
Heidi believes exceptional design begins with truly understanding each client: their lifestyle, their story, and how they live in their space. She takes the time to build real relationships that allow her to translate their vision into environments that are layered, highly personalized, and effortlessly livable.
With a background in Interior Design and Business Management from the University of Wisconsin–Stout, Heidi brings both creative vision and strong project management expertise to every project, ensuring spaces are as functional as they are beautiful. But her true focus is always the client relationship: getting to know how they live so the final result feels authentically personal.
Her goal is simple: to create homes that leave everyone who visits saying, "That's so you.”
John B.A. Idstrom II
Architect, Principal Emeritus 1941-2020
John, a founder of Partners 4, Design, will always be remembered as the idea man. For him, every idea began with a relationship—he believed that all successful projects started there. He worked to find a common language with clients, translating concepts into designs, and that’s where the magic happened. His thoughtful approach resonated so deeply that successive generations often returned to P4D.
The roots of John’s considerable architectural vocabulary were planted early. At just 15, a trip around the world left him captivated by great architecture—a spark that grew into his life’s work. He went on to earn a degree in architecture from the University of Minnesota School of Architecture and held bachelor’s degrees in psychology and business administration from Gustavus Adolphus College.
John’s vision, creativity, and warmth shaped Partners 4, Design and touched countless lives. His legacy lives on in the work he created and the relationships he built.
